Throughout my 40-year legal career, it is my view that the American federal employee and contractor are often scape-goated by government for the failures of government. Although it is dubious to make blanket attacks, my experience in representing federal workers and contractors over the years, reveals that government is an ever-growing problem with the unfettered dominance of its citizens.

Government is made up of people who bring their hurts and pains to the workplace. Whether it is a supervisor who seeks to abuse the subordinate employee or a government liaison who seeks to lord over a contractor, the human condition is at the core of abuses in the workplace. Often times, federal complainants are the down-trodden of society, including the poor, injured, and marginalized. As a student of the law, it is my honest and heartfelt desire to protect the rights of such people from government oppression.
